Adolescent Violence Reduction Partnership (AVRP)
Youth workers are assigned to high risk youth between the ages of 10 and 15 to prevent them from becoming perpetrators or victims of violence through mentoring, counseling, crisis intervention and constant supervision.

Mayor’s Office of Community Services (formerly “Lending Closet”)
Office allows parenting families in West and Southwest Philadelphia to borrow cribs, playpens, strollers, car seats and highchairs are loaned for up to one year. Smaller items are given out (diapers, clothing, toys, etc.) Also assesses the health and social service needs of at-risk pregnant and postpartum women and their infants.

Overbrook Community Council
A multi-services facility focused on the welfare of the community. The center addresses youth issues, housing/homelessness, human rights, senior citizens and social justice issues. Offers job training, volunteer training, job opportunities and more.
