College Access Program
Provides school-based direct services to students in West Philadelphia and North Philadelphia beginning in the 6th grade all the way up until college. College Access Coordinators provide college awareness and readiness services, financial aid and scholarship assistance. Multiple community-based centers serve college-bound individuals from the community at large
